Assemblage: Assemblage classique de cognac autour de la folle blanche
Dégustation: Brilliant amber with golden reflections. Fantastic ripe orchard fruits (pear, peach) appear at the fore, laid over a base of supple leather, vanilla and dried figs. Mild and rounded, with vanilla carried on from the nose, now joined by hazelnut and almond.
